I have lost track of the total of the Totals we are supposed to achieve or sign up to.
The almost evangelical zeal of the stuff on the intranet from the dream factory worries me.
In short ……
We pitch up, we do the best we can do in our shift with the resources we have available …we then ‘sod off home’ and then pitch up again the next day and do the same…..
